About the role

We are looking for a  Tech Lead Fullstack developer with strong experience in .NET and React to join an international technology team.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership position that combines software development, technical decision-making, and team guidance. The selected professional will be responsible for designing and developing scalable applications while providing technical direction, promoting engineering best practices, and supporting other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has solid experience building enterprise applications, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of scalable full-stack applications.
• Develop backend services and REST APIs using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Build modern and responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Make technical and architectural decisions aligned with business requirements and project objectives.
• Actively participate in development activities and contribute production-ready code.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to software engineers.
• Define and promote engineering standards, coding conventions, and development best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, maintainability, security, and performance.
• Translate business and functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support the team in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Support automated testing, CI/CD processes, and reliable software delivery.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and technical discussions.
• Communicate progress, technical decisions, and potential risks clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Advanced experience developing frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
• Solid knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and clean-code principles.
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or Senior Engineer with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to provide technical guidance, mentor developers, and conduct code reviews.
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, Git, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with Agile and international teams.
• English proficiency suitable for a global work environment.
