About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong Frontend focus to design, build, and scale modern web applications and high-performance data workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Build and optimize complex data capture workflows across web and desktop applications.
• Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling large volumes of data.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to define product strategy and rapidly deliver new features.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute to software architecture decisions and establish engineering best practices.
• Work with cloud-native technologies and distributed systems to support product growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong Frontend focus.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Experience building scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience with modern infrastructure technologies such as Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, and Elasticsearch is highly valued.
• Experience designing scalable software architectures and distributed systems.
• Previous experience working in startup or high-growth environments is a strong plus.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher) is required. Please note that the entire recruitment and interview process will be conducted in English, and the role requires daily collaboration with an international team.
