We are is seeking a Mid–Senior UX/UI Designer to join an international technology consulting and digital transformation company delivering solutions for leading organizations and global brands.

This role focuses on designing enterprise portals, authenticated web applications, and platforms with complex workflows.

We are looking for a designer who combines strong user experience problem-solving skills with polished visual execution. Working closely with a US-based Design Lead, you will take ownership of your work from experience definition through final UI design and development handoff.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements, user research findings, and technical constraints into intuitive, scalable digital experiences.
• Create user personas, end-to-end user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Work with established design systems and create reusable components to ensure consistency and accessibility.
• Use AI-assisted design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, design exploration, and production.
• Independently manage assigned design activities, proactively solve problems, and deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate with the Design Lead to align on experience direction, visual quality, priorities, and delivery expectations.
• Prepare organized design files, specifications, and documentation for efficient development handoff.
• Clearly communicate design decisions, progress, risks, and dependencies while participating in design reviews and iterative delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or digital product design.
• A strong portfolio is required, demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, complex workflow design, and high-quality visual execution.
• Proven experience designing enterprise portals, authenticated web applications, or complex digital platforms.
• Strong skills across user experience, interaction design, and visual design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Experience designing complex workflows, forms, dashboards, and data-driven interfaces.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Ability to independently interpret requirements, solve design problems, and deliver production-ready designs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, including experience working with distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools, particularly Figma Make and other generative AI tools for rapid prototyping, exploration, and design production.
• Experience designing customer, employee, partner, or business self-service portals.
• Understanding of front-end development concepts, including HTML, CSS, and component-based frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with US-based teams.
• Experience in technology consulting or client-facing digital delivery environments.
