We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with strong expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and Informatica Cloud MDM to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise Master Data Management and Data Integration solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of MDM concepts, data quality, governance, integration architecture, and cloud-based data platforms.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, data engineers, and development teams to deliver scalable, high-quality data solutions that provide trusted and governed master data across the organization.

Description

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Informatica Cloud MDM solutions.
• Design and develop scalable data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC.
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into solution designs.
• Configure and implement MDM components, including Match & Merge, Survivorship Rules, Hierarchy Management, Data Stewardship, and Data Governance.
• Design and optimize data quality processes, including profiling, cleansing, standardization, and validation rules.
• Architect integrations between MDM platforms and enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and cloud systems.
• Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Collaborate with business and data governance teams to establish master data standards and best practices.
• Support testing, deployment, and production implementation activities.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
• Troubleshoot complex data integration and MDM issues and recommend solutions.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of data management solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Integration, or Data Architecture.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Informatica Cloud MDM solutions.
• Strong experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
• Expertise in Master Data Management concepts, including:
  • Match & Merge.
  • Survivorship Rules.
  • Hierarchy Management.
  • Reference Data Management.
  • Data Stewardship.
• Strong experience in Data Integration, Data Analysis, Data Profiling, Data Quality, and Data Governance.
• Experience designing and implementing data quality frameworks and monitoring processes.
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT architecture and data integration patterns.
• Strong SQL skills and relational database experience.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, Data Warehouses, and cloud applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced conversational English to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
• Must currently reside in Colombia.
